All services approved under the Education and Care Services National Law are assessed and rated by their state or territory regulatory authority. Services are assessed against the 7 quality areas of the National Quality Standard and given an overall rating based on these results.

We are pleased to announce that Victoria Avenue Children’s Centre have completed their assessment and rating and have received an ‘Exceeding’ National Quality Standard rating for all of the 7 Quality Areas.

At Victoria Avenue Children’s Centre the educators are committed to providing a high quality education and care service. The educators strive to create positive learning environments with a variety of experiences that promote and extend children’s learning and development. The educators endeavor to build strong relationships with all families and children and are dedicated to maintaining its current quality practices and plan for continuous improvement.

Going forward, Victoria Avenue Children’s Centre are aiming to apply for the ‘Excellent’ rating which is the highest rating an education and care service can achieve. Within the next 12 months, the team will work towards showing how they sustain exceptional practice and leadership within the community, how they use initiative to develop and model exceptional practices that improves outcomes for children and families plus demonstrate their commitment to professional development and support of all early childhood educators.
