Welcome to the City of Canada Bay

Children’s Services

The City of Canada Bay Council owns and operates two high quality early childhood education and care services, Wellbank Children’s Centre & Victoria Avenue Children’s Centre.
The City of Canada Bay Children’s Services strive to be leaders in the field of early childhood education. We work closely with our community and families to provide dynamic early learning programs and facilities. We believe in play based learning and respect/encourage diversity and individuality of all children and families.
In 2013, Wellbank Children’s Centre recieved an ‘Exceeding’ Rating from the Australian Children Services Care and Quality Authority. Victoria Ave is yet to have been rated.
